We had a fun family night out at the Utah Grizzlies hockey game! We haven't been to a hockey game in a couple of years now. Hockey used to be such a big part of our lives living up in Alaska and having Austin playing on a team as the goalie. He would have practice 5 days a week and then 1 game a week. We spent a lot of time in the freezing hockey rinks, with bundled babies and all. We would also try to take in an Alaska Aces hockey game whenever we could.
The kids did great and had so much fun! Utah won 4-2 with the last goal being scored right at the sound of the buzzer, it was an exciting game and brought back a lot of fun memories for our family. We are really looking forward to going to the next game in a couple of weeks. Austin wants to play hockey again next season so I think we are going to go with hockey instead of football.
